Seal strips are widely used in the automotive industry

Car door and window seals often have problems with excessive hardness and poor impact resistance. These problems may be related to the length of time the seals have been in use and the quality of the seals' workmanship. When purchasing car door and window seals, remember to gently press them with your finger to test their resilience, thickness, and degree of deformation. The seals should be moderately soft and hard, with uniform thickness and good resilience, and should not easily deform. Use your finger to check the seal in the seal groove to see if there is any shaking when pulled. If the seal shakes significantly, pull it out completely and reinstall or replace it.

Suitable for use with petroleum-based hydraulic oils, glycol-based hydraulic oils, diester lubricants, gasoline, water, silicone greases, silicone oils, etc. It is currently the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal. Not suitable for polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitroalkanes, MEK and chloroform. The general operating temperature range is -40~120 ℃.
