Basic properties: Hardness (70±5)A, high temperature resistance (120-150)℃, no cracking at low temperature -50℃. 4. Material properties comply with GB/T24498-2009 Building doors and windows, curtain wall sealing strips. 5. 1. The rubber material is made of silicone rubber compound from multiple manufacturers, including Dow Corning (USA), Shin-Etsu (Japan), Bluestar (China), and domestic manufacturers, meeting the needs of most customers. 2. Silicone rubber has a wide operating temperature range and is currently the best cold and heat-resistant rubber. 3. Excellent aging resistance, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly; it can reach food hygiene standards and meet various color requirements. 4. Basic properties: Hardness (50-85) A, operating temperature range of ordinary silicone rubber: (-60 to 200) ℃. 5. Material properties comply with GB/T 24498-2009, Standard for Building Doors, Windows and Curtain Walls Sealing Strips. 6. Dimensional tolerances comply with GB/T3672.1-2002, Rubber products - Part 1: Dimensional tolerances.
Thermoplastic elastomer sealing strip
1. The rubber strip material is made of TPV granular materials from multiple manufacturers, including American Santoprene, Nanjing Opto, and Shandong Dawn, using drying and extrusion processes. The hardness (50-85)A meets the needs of most customers. 2. Good elasticity and compression set resistance, environmental resistance, and aging resistance are equivalent to ethylene propylene rubber. 3. Excellent elasticity and soft touch. Non-toxic, non-polluting, low-carbon, and highly environmentally friendly. 4. Physical properties: Hardness 50-85A. 5. TPV operating temperature range: (-60 to 100) ℃, no cracking at low temperature -60 ℃.
Modified polyvinyl chloride sealing strip
1. The adhesive strip material mainly uses a co-mixing method of PVC resin powder and P83 powder nitrile rubber and plastic, improving the impact resistance, elongation at break, and low-temperature performance of PVC, with high cost performance. 2. Physical properties: Hardness (55-85)A, operating temperature range: (-30 to 90)℃.
